4.   Define the applicable Standards of Care.
5.   Define the deviations and adherence to those standards.
6.   Identify factors that caused or contributed to the alleged
      damages/injuries.
7.   Summarize, translate, & interpret medical records.
8.   Identify and recommend potential defendants.
9.   Conduct literature searches & integrate the literature &
       standards/guidelines into the case analysis.
10.  Research & analyze validity & reliability of research studies
       relied upon by all parties.
11.  Identify & review relevant medical records, hospital policies
      & procedures, and other essential documents & tangible items.
12.  Consult with healthcare providers.
13.  Review, analyze, & summarize depositions, including past
      testimony.
14.  Assist with the preparation of interrogatories.
